It's an easter egg hunting quest you can start at that new guy in megaton. You have to be at least level 8 to start the quest. To finish the quest you have to find 100 easter eggs, which are spread around the map and dropped by mobs. You get a reward for every 20 easter eggs you bring back, so there are 5 rewards total. The event will be running until next sunday.
